Assembly & Packaging Operator – 1st Shift | Macedon, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay

Join a growing production team where your focus and hands-on work will be appreciated every day. We're now hiring for a 1st Shift Assembler/Operator to help assemble and package small plastic components at a clean, organized facility in Macedon, NY. Full training is provided  great for someone looking for reliable, steady work in a team-focused setting.

Pay: $16.50/hour – paid weekly through Kelly Services
Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be required


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assemble small components for retractable badge reels 
  • Package and label products based on customer orders
  • Operate light-duty equipment (epoxy casting, label press, etc.)
  • Check for color accuracy, logo placement, and order quality
  • Pull materials and restock supplies as needed
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and safe

What You'll Need:
  • Previous production or assembly experience is helpful but not required
  • Good attention to detail and a steady, hands-on work pace
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
  • Basic math and visual inspection skills
  • Reliable transportation (Macedon is not bus accessible)
  • Valid NYS driver's license
