Description

  • Position: Assembly Specialists (Entry-Level) 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday 

  • Location: Norwood, MA (Wire Cutter and Assembly roles)
     

    Wire Cutter Duties
  • Measure and cut wires/cables to specified lengths using manual or automatic cutting tools

  • Read and follow wire cutting instructions, schematics, or work orders

     Assembler Duties

  • Assemble electrical components, cables, or wire harnesses according to specifications

  • Use hand tools, crimpers, or soldering equipment to join parts

  • Follow blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions

  • Conduct basic quality checks on finished assemblies

  • Pack and label completed assemblies for shipment or storage

  • Communicate any defects, delays, or material shortages to supervisors

  • Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures

  •  
  • Label and organize cut wires for assembly or shipment

  • Inspect wire for defects or damage before and after cutting

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Operate wire cutting machines safely and efficiently

  • Track inventory of wire materials and report shortages

  • Experience:

  • No experience required for entry-level positions

  • Higher pay available for candidates with cable and wire experience

  • Starting Pay:

  • $16/hour for candidates with no experience

  • Higher rates for experienced individuals (especially in cable/wire work)

  • Hiring Priority:

  • Immediate openings

  • Hands-on, production-focused work under the direction of the Production Manager
