Position: Assembly Specialists (Entry-Level) 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Location: Norwood, MA (Wire Cutter and Assembly roles)
Wire Cutter Duties
-
Measure and cut wires/cables to specified lengths using manual or automatic cutting tools
-
Read and follow wire cutting instructions, schematics, or work orders
Assembler Duties -
Assemble electrical components, cables, or wire harnesses according to specifications

Use hand tools, crimpers, or soldering equipment to join parts
-
Follow blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions

Conduct basic quality checks on finished assemblies

Pack and label completed assemblies for shipment or storage

Communicate any defects, delays, or material shortages to supervisors
-
Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures

Label and organize cut wires for assembly or shipment
-
Inspect wire for defects or damage before and after cutting
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Operate wire cutting machines safely and efficiently
-
Track inventory of wire materials and report shortages
-
Experience:
-
No experience required for entry-level positions
-
Higher pay available for candidates with cable and wire experience
Starting Pay:
$16/hour for candidates with no experience
Higher rates for experienced individuals (especially in cable/wire work)
