The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities-
Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams

Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment

Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards are met

Identify and report defects, shortages, or equipment issues
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures

Meet daily production and quality goals

Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products as needed

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand for extended periods
