Kelly is now hiring Warehouse Associate – Builds & Inventory in Ridgeville, SC. We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our Builds and Inventory teams. This hands-on position involves physical labor, equipment handling, and precise processing of materials to keep our distribution center running smoothly.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour 
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Full-Time

Training Details:
Training will take place for one month in Summerville, South Carolina (29486).
After successful completion, you will transition to work permanently at our Ridgeville, South Carolina (29472) 

Job Responsibilities:

Builds:

• Physically move large components, pallets, and racks using manual or powered equipment.
• Assist with unloading, assembly, installations, and material handling.
• Work within specialized teams such as Unloading, Movement, Rack Installation, Cabling, Crate Repack, and more.
• Maintain safety standards, attention to detail, and quality throughout all tasks.

Inventory:

• Support receiving teams by accurately processing inbound materials on time.
• Perform detailed counting, labeling, and tracking of inventory.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and communication within the inventory process.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift/move heavy materials up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
