Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18 - $23 per hour with opportunity for advancement
Schedule: Varied with nights, weekends and holidays

What's a typical day as Assistant Manager? You'll be:
- Managing daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation.
- Training, coaching, scheduling, and motivating employees to meet performance goals.
- Ordering, stocking, and organizing merchandise to ensure availability and optimize sales.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring adherence to safety, security, and environmental regulations.
- Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bring previous experience in retail or customer service, with management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Are proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
- Are flexible and able to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
