A Typical Day as an Associate Manager:
  • Oversee and manage the trade marketing budget for the U.S. and Canada, focusing on CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Procurement, Marketing) to drive program execution.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors to streamline processes via the RFP process.
  • Assist in developing digital project management tools and ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor logistics and vendor deliverables to support marketing initiatives.
This Role Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You Have:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in finance, trade marketing, or operational roles, with a strong focus on budget management.

Additional Details:
  • Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension.
  • Hybrid Schedule: Work from the office twice a week at our New York location.
