Associate Manufacturing Operator

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (On-site)
Pay Rate: $18.08/hour

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable Associate Manufacturing Operator to support daily production operations. This role focuses on assembling products to specification while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications

• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met

• Maintain consistent production output while meeting safety and quality expectations

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and correctly

• Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or process concerns to supervisors

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Who You Are

• 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions

• Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team

• Comfortable using basic production tools, equipment, or systems

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
