Shift: Monday - Friday / 11:00 PM – 7:20 AM (3rd Shift)
Employment Type: 03/02/2026 to 03/01/2027 (12 month contract)
Work Setup: 100% Onsite

What's a typical day as an Associate Technician? You will:

  • Consistently observe workplace safety and compliance standards (Lockout Tagout, cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs).
  • Set up, change over, and operate complex packaging line equipment (e.g., fillers, cappers, labelers, palletizers).
  • Optimize equipment parameters to maximize throughput and meet product specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors and perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Inspect packaging components and products for specification compliance; initiate corrective actions if non-conformances occur.
  • Maintain accurate production and compliance documentation (e.g., SAP, MES, EBRs).
  • Support and train team members to foster technical, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Meet production schedules and review/approve team work output.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Equipment/Machinery Used:
Forklifts, walkie stackers, hand pallet jacks, bottle hoppers, unscramblers, fillers, cottoners, cappers, labelers, enercons, retorquers, cartoners, case packers, palletizers, debottlers, hand tools, conveying equipment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and understand SOPs, manuals, and instructions in English.
  • Solid mathematical skills (basic arithmetic and metric system).
  • Availability for overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
  • Physical and occupational clearance for job-specific tasks.

Preferred:
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Food Industries
  • Experience using Aseptic Technique
  • Basic and/or advanced math skills
  • Basic mechanical knowledge (hands-on troubleshooting and adjusting equipment)
