Kelly Services in partnership with Nissan North America is currently recruiting for a Remote Warranty Call Center agent to provide day to day direction and assistance to dealer and regional personnel with telephone support and telephone training on all facets of the claims life-cycle, including warranty, service contracts, campaign, goodwill inquiries, pre approvals, and post approvals
This position is a remote full time, hourly position paying $24-25/hour with growth opportunities available within Nissan after a year in this role.
Shift: Monday-Friday, , must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-7pm CST
In this position, you will:
- Provide telephone customer service claims support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers.
- Provide dealers with claims preapprovals and post approvals as situation dictates.
- Conduct transactions according to Assurances Products Claims policies and procedures to increase consistency of service to dealers and field personnel as well as to insure proper use of Warranty, Security Plus, and Goodwill Funds.
- Respond to and assists regional personnel with Claims issues related to Assurance Products.
We are looking for someone with good interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Job Knowledge and Skill: Basic computer systems knowledge, proven customer interaction skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
Experience: One year directly related experience at a professional level. Experience with Automotive Warranty or as a Service Advisor is preferred
Education: High School or equivalency, bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications. The ability to type 35 words/minute.
