Job: Banking Operations Administrator
Job Overview:
We're looking for a Banking Operations Administrator to join a collaborative and growth-focused team within one of Canada's top financial institutions. In this role, you'll provide essential operational support, ensure accurate transaction processing, and contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of service to internal partners and customers
- Manage daily operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Excel and MS Office tools
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and operational optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in team meetings, huddles, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance collective learning
Top Priorities (First 90 Days):
- Gain a full understanding of internal operations and workflow processes
- Develop proficiency in data management and reporting tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the operations team
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with spreadsheet creation and data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
- Background in banking, accounting, or bookkeeping
