What's a typical day as a Bar Associate? You'll be:
• Acting as the concierge; greeting guests by name, escorting guests to tables, and starting the steps of service with each table.
• Handling a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Greeting guests in a timely fashion with water, menu, coasters, and snack trays.
• Providing recommendations and answering guest inquiries related to Old Forester Distillery and the spirits and cocktail menu.
• Checking in and following up with guests in a timely manner to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Providing accurate billing to guests, processing payments, and closing out with customers, including evaluation of their experience.
• Assisting with opening and closing activities.
• Advising bar staff or management immediately of issues/needs.

• Are able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Are able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Are able to stand for long periods of time.
