Benefits Administrator (Remote)

Position: Benefits Administrator
Location: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Start Date: October 6, 2025
End Date: November 7, 2025
Number of Positions Available: 2 Temporary Workers

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for assisting employees with inquiries related to Open Enrollment and benefits through our Benefits Call Line. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our employees regarding their benefits-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls on the Benefits Call Line and assist employees with Open Enrollment and benefit-related inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding employee benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to resolve complex benefit issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee information.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of employee inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in benefits administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and record-keeping.
