Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in both English and Spanish with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring clear communication and prompt service.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized records.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
