Kelly Science is seeking a Bioanalytical Research Scientist to join a leading company located near Mattawan, MI.

Salary: $95,000-120,000/year depending on experience
Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire

** Relocation assistance available to qualifying candidates **

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:  

• Developing and validating quantitative LC/MS/MS methodology, sample analysis, and interpreting and reporting of data utilizing validated hardware and software systems.
• Developing sample extraction techniques, rapid LC separations, and employing laboratory robotics to enhance delivery time of bioanalytical data.
• Independently perform data analysis using appropriate software
• Adhering to study protocols to accurately document methods, procedures, and results for inclusion into study reports and regulatory documents.
• Independently managing a portfolio of sample analysis projects while ensuring timelines are met in a single operational area.
• Independently executing review and approval of data for final scientific/technical decisions within a single operational area.
• Responsible for reviewing study plans/protocols/amendments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Bioanalytical chemistry or a related scientific field with 6-10 years of experience within bioanalytical chemistry.

OR

• Masters degree in Bioanalytical Chemistry or a related scientific field with 4-6 years of experience within bioanalytical chemistry.

OR

• PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry or a scientific related field with 1-4 years of experience working within bioanalytical chemistry.
• Strong Chromatography knowledge and experience required.
