Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift: 12 hour rotating shift 6am to 6pm. 4 days on shift / 3 days off then 3 days on / 4 days off

What's a typical day as a Blow Molding Process Tech? You'll be:
• Interacting with production employees, QA, and other maintenance technicians to improve plant performance
• Utilizing process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures to optimize blow mold equipment
• Troubleshooting equipment problems and making necessary changes for improved results
• Reading blueprints and technical manuals to ensure proper operation
• Assisting with equipment and mold changes to meet production needs
• Utilizing data to make informed decisions and improvements
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Monitoring process, raw materials, and finished products to maintain quality standards
• Recording and reporting various data
• Providing support and assistance for plant projects and start-ups

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 2 years of experience in plastics blow molding
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Can read and comprehend procedures written in English
• Possess sound problem-solving skills
• Have attention to detail
