Business Analyst – Remarketing & Auction Processes
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – Monday to Wednesday in-office, Thursday & Friday remote)

We are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems, building strong relationships with dealers and auction partners, and driving efficiencies in vehicle remarketing. What You'll Do:
- Audit auction charges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Verify vehicle presentation (wash, vacuum, photography) prior to auctions.
- Manage RPM service issues by liaising with OpenLane and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Monitor data feeds between NCF, Canadian Black Book, and OpenLane.
- Drive faster remarketing strategies, from vehicle grounding to auctions.
- Partner with auctions to maximize dealer participation and streamline processes.
- Support automation projects (RPM system, CMS) and prevent process gaps.
- Train and support dealers on RPM updates and best practices.
- Audit arbitrations to ensure proper case handling and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience with auction operations or in a captive finance company.
- Strong knowledge of remarketing processes, including inspections, reconditioning, and digital auctions.
- A proactive problem solver with sharp analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online auction operations is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in process improvement.
