What's a typical day as a Business Support Specialist - Payroll Department? You'll be:
• Processing routine daily source documents for multi-state, biweekly payroll, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and more, reporting to the Payroll Manager.
• Creating and running reports from ADP as requested, ensuring accurate employee information in ADP GlobalView.
• Manually calculating 401K and HSA/FSA deductions for individuals transferring between affiliates, along with other payroll duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience; an associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience with ADP and have a background in Human Resources, which is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
