Call Center / Customer Service V
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as the central point of contact for key customer accounts? Based in a collaborative hybrid setting, you'll play a crucial role in every stage of the order life cycle, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service.

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Nashville, TN
  • Pay Rate: Up to $26.25/hr
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM CST (Hybrid: In-office Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts from initial setup through shipping and issue resolution
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, providing thorough documentation and continuous communication
  • Own and resolve complex inquiries by applying deep knowledge of processes, systems, and best practices
  • Escalate issues appropriately and maintain precise records in relevant systems
  • Prepare and distribute routine and custom reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and adhere to order management policies, initiatives, and process improvement projects
  • Promote the use of customer-facing tools to enhance the client experience
  • Maintain data integrity across databases and systems

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School Diploma required; college education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience, ideally in supply chain or account/order management
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookup, x-lookup, h-lookup required)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry/documentation
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cultures
  • Eagerness to learn proprietary order and CRM systems
  • Supply chain experience is strongly preferred
  • Willing to undergo pre-screening for Excel proficiency
  • Must provide own second monitor; company provides laptop only
