We're seeking a Call Center to work at a premier provider of Provider Screening and Enrollment services for Nebraska Medicaid and Long Term Care, located in Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. Salary: $16.00 / hour

What does a typical day entail for a Call Center? You'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and screening provider enrollment applications for Nebraska Medicaid.
  • Conducting research, verification, and documentation of provider information using secure external web services and DECISIONPoint, following Project policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by managing provider calls, addressing inquiries, and referring complex issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
  • Providing updates to providers regarding their enrollment status as per established policies and procedures.
  • Notifying providers of any incorrect or missing information in the DECISIONPoint system.
  • Collaborating with Site Visit Field Staff to confirm site visit results.
  • Staying updated on the Nebraska Medicaid Provider Enrollment and Screening Project, including relevant policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and meeting or exceeding Production and Quality Assurance goals.
  • Escalating any issues or concerns promptly to the Operations Manager to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by management.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)
• Have at least two (2) years of relevant experience
• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Have strong customer service experience, preferably in a provider services environment
• Are computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Have a typing speed of 30+ wpm
• Can perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Can successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have previous call center experience
