Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hybrid – Onsite Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Contract Length: 1 year
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in reconciling accounts? Join our Owens Corning team as a Cash Application Specialist and play a critical role in maintaining smooth financial operations for one of our leading clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Apply customer cash payments to open AR in SAP
-
Identify and apply appropriate reason codes for payment variances
-
Investigate and resolve unapplied payments before month-end close
-
Communicate payment issues promptly with the Credit & Collections teams
-
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
What we're looking for:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
Preferred Experience:
-
2+ years working in accounts receivable, cash application, or reconciliation
-
Proven ability to resolve payment discrepancies and meet deadlines
-
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
