• Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite per week

• Full-time, consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What's a typical day as a Coordinator, Claims? You'll be:

• Managing and billing medical claims, applying cash, and working aged trial balances

• Ensuring cash is applied accurately and in a timely manner to outstanding invoices

• Researching and resubmitting claims to insurance carriers for proper payment

• Training associates on claim processing, denials, and documentation procedures

• Coordinating and documenting cash processes and reporting results to the Cash Supervisor

• Communicating with internal teams and payers to resolve billing or payment issues

• Analyzing receivable trends and providing insight on payment frequency and root causes of denials

• Supporting special projects, meetings, and continuous process improvement initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• 3 years of vision billing experience (preferably in medical billing and claims processing)

• High school diploma required

• Experience with vision claims coding, billing, and cash application

• Strong knowledge of insurance benefits and claims processing procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent analytical skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality

• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

• A team-oriented, detail-focused approach with a strong work ethic and customer service mindset
