Your Day-to-Day Activities:
Responsible for ATM/ITM cash inventory management and balancing supporting a supplier serviced fleet of over 300 devices. This includes replenishment cash scheduling and ordering, device level reconcilement, creating and clearing general ledger entries timely, completing ITM and ATM research, reporting vendor errors and working closely with the vendor. Additional responsibilities may include assisting Banking Centers and Treasury Management with cash services inquiries regarding cash orders, research, and problem solving. Working with other internal clients with the support of customer inquiries related to Cash Vault services.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years experience in general ledger/accounting, banking or finance 
  • Skills: Intermediate Excel capabilities, attention to detail, executive communication, and vendor support.
  • Agility: Quick to process emergency requests and adaptable to dynamic needs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior ATM/ITM cash inventory management experience
