$83 per hour (Long-term contract)

What's a typical day as Change Management Lead – Supply Chain Transformation? You'll be:
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing change management initiatives that align with the PARM operating model changes within Supply Chain, Business Lines, and Procurement.
- Mapping stakeholder relationships and developing communication plans to ensure engagement and advocacy throughout the change process.
- Leading the adoption of new handbooks, operating model changes, and training processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Have extensive experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives, with a solid understanding of the change process and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, driving effective decision-making across the organization.
