Clinical Research Coordinator

ONSITE Overview
This Client is an industry-leading company that's at the forefront of clinical research in both adult and pediatric health, dedicated to advancing therapies for healthy aging and overall wellness.
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and coordination of clinical research studies. You'll play a vital role in recruiting and enrolling participants, overseeing study visits, managing regulatory documentation, and working closely with clinic physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure study goals are met efficiently and ethically.
Schedule: Standard daytime schedule; some flexibility may be required based on study needs Responsibilities:
• Enroll eligible study participants
• Coordinate and conduct study visits in collaboration with medical staff
• Administer questionnaires and assessments to participants
• Retrieve, enter, and manage clinical data within electronic databases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation
• Monitor study progress and ensure protocol adherence
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field (required)
• Master's degree in related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience coordinating clinical research trials
• Experience with data collection, entry, and questionnaire administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Zotero Reference Manager
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based setting
• Reliable transportation for commuting and occasional travel between sites Desired Qualifications:
• CCRC® (Certified Clinical Research Coordinator) or CRA (Clinical Research Associate) – preferred
• CITI Training Certificate in Clinical Research – preferred
• One or more years of recent, directly related work experience utilizing clinical research coordination techniques What happens next:
