Pay: $25.30 - $26.45

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:00pm M-F
• 3rd Shift 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and related equipment to manufacture implant and instrument components.
• Load materials, set up tooling, run machine programs, and monitor machine performance.
• Perform in-process, first-piece, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other precision measurement tools.
• Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and internal quality standards.
• Document production activity in MES/ERP systems and complete all required quality and traceability records.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
• Conduct routine machine maintenance such as checking coolant, emptying chips, and replacing filters.
• Collaborate with engineers, leads, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both) in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and use precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Education:

• Vocational, Certificate, Technical, or associate degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
