CNC Operator CAM-drive
Location: Clearwater, FL 33765
Pay: $19 – $23 per hour (based on experience)
 Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to work with screw machines and CAM-drive equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining multi-spindle or cam-driven machines to produce high-quality parts to specification. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC and cam-driven screw machines
• Set up machines, perform tool changes, and make adjustments for optimal performance
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production orders
• Conduct part inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in top condition
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating screw machines or cam-driven/CNC equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job instructions
• Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to work any assigned shift
