Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $23.00 +/hr.


What's a typical day as a CNC Programmer? You'll be:

  • Program CNC machines using conversational programming techniques.
  • Interpret technical prints and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
  • Perform precise measurements and quality checks on produced parts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate HAAS CNC lathes for 2-axis machining.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Basic computer skills for programming and data entry.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in performing shop math, including measurements and calculations.
  • Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform manual tasks.
  • A two-year technical degree in machining or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines, particularly HAAS lathes.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
