Kelly Services is looking for a precision-driven CNC Turning Machinist to join a cutting-edge manufacturing team in Stoughton, MA. What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual turning lathes—both horizontal and vertical turret.
• Perform high-precision machining on short runs and prototypes, working with Stainless Steel and Titanium.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, inspect parts, and deliver first-article perfection.
• Maintain tooling, inspect quality in real-time, and keep safety front and center.
• Suggest ways to improve processes and reduce costs—we value your input.
• Step up for Saturday overtime when production demands it.

You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of CNC turning experience (large part experience a big plus!)
• Skilled in blueprint reading, part inspection, and working to tight tolerances
• Confident with CNC programming navigation and multi-tasking across machines
• Pride in your work, a team mindset, and a sharp eye for detail

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• OT Available on Saturdays
• Pay: $31–$36/hr DOE
