Position: Commercial Building Sales Specialist
Location: South Windsor, Connecticut
Compensation: $70-80k a year
Onsite: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with OT

We are seeking a hard-working Commercial Building Sales Specialist who brings strong closing skills and a passion for exceeding sales goals. About the Role
As a Commercial Building Sales Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic inside sales team, responsible for engaging with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling!) and turning inquiries into successful sales. You'll work closely with project managers and engineers to develop custom building solutions, maximizing every opportunity through strategic up-selling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities

  • Field initial inquiries from prospective customers regarding ClearSpan Buildings, Fabric Structures, and related equipment
  • Generate quotes and complete structure orders including accessories
  • Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Collaborate across departments to create tailored solutions
  • Exceed individual sales goals through proactive sales strategies
  • Mentor new team members and assist with special projects as needed
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or high-ticket inside sales
  • Strong closer with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing systems
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM
