Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team, where your sales expertise will shine! As a Commercial Sales Representative based in Neenah, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and marketing initiatives for our renowned product lines, including Aspect, Fasade, Genesis Ceiling Solutions, Palisade, Monument, and Finesse. You will build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, contractors, designers, distributors, and Ecommerce B2B accounts. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Neenah
- Pay Rate: $25/Hour + bonus
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers through various marketing efforts and outbound prospecting.
- Explain the benefits of product lines and promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage accounts of varying sizes, providing timely support and addressing customer inquiries.
- Investigate leads and prospects to uncover current and future sales opportunities.
- Document all relevant information in CRM and other systems, maintaining accurate records.
- Support project management initiatives for accounts and the sales team as needed.
- Travel as required to attend trade shows and meet customers outside of the office.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent; minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of company products and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong mathematical and reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
