Compound Support 
2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm M-F
19.99/HR + 0.50 on 2nd

TRAINING ON 1ST SHIFT - 7am-3pm M-F

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the computer console to ensure the proper mix recipe is followed
- Utilize scales to weigh quantities of materials from a formulated recipe
- Place loose or packaged material on scales and add or remove portions of material to obtain the specified weight
- Read formula/recipe to determine types and quantities of materials to weigh
- Record the weight of materials used for production records or maintain an accurate inventory of materials used and on hand
 Transfer weighed materials to production or storage areas using rollers or a hand truck
- Sort weighed materials into designated bins or containers according to weight or type
- Maintain operator controllable quality
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision

Qualifications Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and formulas accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials
- Basic computer skills
