Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Direct Hire!! Salary range $75K-$85K
Schedule: Flexible

What's a typical day as a Condominium Manager? You'll be:
• Managing schedules and coordinating meetings
• Preparing reports and documents
• Understanding the Maryland Condominium Act
• Maintaining records and budgeting
• Overseeing full-time staff
• Working with committees and the Board of Directors
• Collaborating with attorneys, CPAs, and local vendors

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Vantaca, Building Link, Avid Exchange
• Can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Have experience in the real estate industry or hospitality field (a plus)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
