Experienced Consumer Loan Processors
100% onsite in Reno, NV
Monday-Friday 8AM- 5PM
$26.00-$27.00/HR+ DOE
About: Responsible for processing and servicing of consumer loans, including Home Equity Lines of Credit and other consumer loans offered by the Division. Obtains loan request packages from Branch staff and completes the processing of the loan request from origination to funding. Service requests for management of the consumer loan portfolio and other related requests will also be processed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives completed applications from branch staff and reviews loan packages for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize files and complete compliance and processing worksheets.
- Update consumer loan pipeline reports and other reports as directed.
- Input and maintain “Data Entry” functions in Decision Pro or other consumer processing origination system.
- Review and send any disclosures required to loan applicant.
- Work with internal team to include Credit Analyst, Consumer Loan Underwriter and/or Real Estate Manager to obtain credit analysis and approvals for consumer loans
- Prepare appraisal order request or order appraisal via appraisal management company
- Order title report and work with title officer to obtain required information.
- Verify completion of required compliance processing and documentation per Bank policy
- Work directly with Branch staff to obtain any additional information required. Work with “Doc Generation” staff for documentation and review documents for completeness.
- Assist with loan file maintenance call back, as backup, as needed
- Insurance tracking and flood tracking for consumer and other loans as needed.
- On-site regular and reliable attendance is mandatory for this position
- . Perform job functions in compliance with all company policies, federal and state rules and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, ECOA/Reg B, HMDA, CRA, FHLB, OFAC.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma and three or more years of related experience. Must have prior financial industry experience, in a loan department. Must possess a mastery of the loan process and thorough knowledge of consumer loan compliance regulations Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Familiar with computerized loan documentation/software such as LaserPro and Decision Pro. Use of general office equipment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timeframes.
