Embark on a rewarding journey of professional development as a Contact Center Customer Care Associate. As the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, you will be instrumental in ensuring a positive and seamless experience, handling every interaction with professionalism and care.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage 22–25 inbound calls daily, providing expert support related to mortgage escrow and tax inquiries.
  • Actively listen to customers to identify needs, research solutions using various systems (up to 10 portals), and deliver accurate guidance and education.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and efficiently, utilizing internal tools for seamless next-level resolution.
  • Master multiple contact center management systems, with exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Cisco Finesse, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, Calabrio, Avaya/Verint, Genesys, Five9, or ZOOM International.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed production and quality metrics as outlined by client contractual requirements.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and adhere strictly to scheduling and attendance policies.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Minimum 1 year of technical proficiency with MS Office Suite (including heavy use of MS Teams), Google Suite, and a client management system.
  • Proven ability to excel in a structured, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPI targets and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a contact center environment or with CRM/agent desktop software platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems.
