Coordinator, Commercial Education
PURPOSE:

  • As Coordinator, Commercial Education, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial education team.
  • The Coordinator will manage various aspects of the certification process and training administration for learners from both the US United States and EMEA.
  • This includes overseeing training completion, maintaining training records, managing the Commercial Education database, coordinating communications with sales leaders, and providing LMS support.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES POLICIES:
  • Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities
  • TRAINING: Complete required training within the allowed time.
  • Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.
  • Complete ongoing training on LMS and LXP new functionality releases.

SAFETY:
  • Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area. Promote safety for all associates that enter the work area.
  • Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards Bloodborne pathogens training, etc.

FUNCTIONAL:
  • Manages Certification process and training reminder notifications for Field Sales Organization FSO.
  • Verifies training completions and tracks participant training information in Commercial Education Certification database.
  • Maintain current sales roster in Commercial Education database through add/change delete forms to ensure new hires, terminations, territory changes, cross-sells, etc. are accurately reported.
  • Partner with Commercial Education trainers to ensure appropriate communications are sent out for course failures in alignment with current policies.
  • Provide on-going SUMMIT support like re-opening of tests, standard or custom reporting, catalog management, assignments, and user group maintenance as needed.
  • Manage creation and delivery of communications to sales leaders and FSO through Sales Force Marketing Cloud SFMC.
  • Identify operational process improvements.
  • Partner with analytics team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our metrics and reporting framework.
  • Maintain Calendar events on DPS Lighthouse.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Required: Bachelor s Degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational skills
  • Highly analytical and process oriented
  • Preferred: Experience with learning technologies including LMS and LxP systems, mobile apps, blended learning, and virtual training.
  • Proficient in PPT PowerPoint Presentation, Access, SFMC Sales Force Marketing Cloud
  • Advanced Excel skills 1-2 years of work experience in a support role

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. Advanced Computer Skills POST HIRE TRAINING PLAN REQUIREMENTS: Expected to remain current with all company training/compliance requirements.
