Credit and Collections Associate Data Analyst – Tampa, FL
Kelly Services, a managed solution provider , is currently seeking a Credit and Collections Associate Data Analyst for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Tampa, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Duration: 6 months, possible extension
Job Description Details:
The Credit Collections Associate Data Analyst maintains customer master data, identifying and correcting inaccuracies to ensure records are current across all systems.
- Proactively identify invalid customer contact information on file
- Engaging company customers to collect missing phone/email contact information
- Ensuring all systems (ERP, Salesforce, FSCM, etc.) are consistently updated with the most up-to-date customer contact information
- Analyzing customer email addresses to identify common customer groups across opcos
- Mapping customer accounts to various credit agency databases
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Microsoft Office – Intermediate skill level is required. Proficiency to utilize Excel charts, pivot tables, vlookup features without coaching/guidance.
- Collaboration and relationship-building skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills, attention to detail, process orientation, oral and written communication abilities, capability to present financial data effectively across functions and to various levels of leadership, problem-solving skills, and a sense of urgency are required.
