  • Answering incoming phone calls professionally and courteously

  • Performing accurate data entry and record updates

  • Handling mail desk duties

  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail in daily tasks

  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Strong professional phone manner

  • Ability to resolve problems and follow procedures

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Location: York, PA 17404 (100% onsite)

  • Employment Type: Temp to hire (6 months) – possible absorption

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
