Schedule: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday | WFH Monday & Friday (Hybrid once fully trained)

What You'll Be Doing-
Owning your customer accounts—managing orders, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring seamless communication

Handling same-day order changes and updates with precision and speed

Partnering with internal teams to meet client needs and solve problems proactively

Preparing and maintaining customer purchase orders to guarantee perfect alignment
-
Creating custom reports and insights that help drive smarter business decisions

Responding professionally and promptly to customer requests

Investigating issues, improving processes, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction

Supporting account managers with reporting, tracking, and project coordination
-
Bachelor's degree preferred OR 5+ years of relevant customer account/order management experience

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts) & strong PowerPoint ability
-
Top-notch communication skills—clear, professional, and customer-friendly

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational strengths
-
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently

A team player mindset with initiative and problem-solving power

Experience with EDI systems is a plus!
