What's a typical day as a Customer Service/Call Center Representative? You'll be:

• Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.
• Handling non-routine inquiries and adapting responses as necessary.
• Researching and resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Providing feedback to management and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Assisting with the training of new employees and cross-training of coworkers.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least 1 year of claims processing or call center experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.
• Preferably have an Associate Degree.
• Have at least 3 years of call center experience.
• Can work onsite in Columbia, SC client location.
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Are able to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
