Customer Service Manager
Pay: $75,000–$85,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a dedicated team of three representatives. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to customers while overseeing the quoting process for incoming jobs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on customer service expertise, and experience in job estimating within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three customer service representatives

Ensure professional, timely, and accurate customer interactions

Prepare and review job quotes in collaboration with sales and production teams

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and order-related issues to maintain satisfaction

Enter and verify customer orders and quotes within the ERP system

Track and report on team performance, quoting accuracy, and customer service metrics

Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer expectations with production capabilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service function

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years of customer service experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity

Experience in quoting, estimating, or order management within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP system experience preferred

Knowledge of plating, aerospace, or metal finishing industries is a plus
