French Speaking - $20.00 pay rate

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients to efficiently process orders and address inquiries.
• Resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting issues to determine the best path for resolution.
• Documenting customer interactions accurately and tracking call types to maintain service standards.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a call center environment.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Are a clear team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
