? Pay Rate: $25/hour
? Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
? Employment Type: 6-month contract
? Work Setup: Onsite, office + occasional manufacturing floor exposure
? What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative III? You will:

Enter customer orders, convert quotes, and manage pricing, discounts, and commissions.

Provide accurate and timely updates on order status, lead times, and material availability.

Collaborate with Engineering, RMA/Warranty, Operations, and other teams to meet customer needs.

Resolve order-related issues such as shipping discrepancies, payment disputes, and cancellations.

Maintain customer accounts, process invoices, and manage customer portals and documentation (BOL/PL files).

Support process improvements and contribute to customer service enhancement initiatives.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

An Associate's degree and 3–5 years of customer service experience.

Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.

High comfort working in fast-paced or high-volume environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology systems.
Preferred:

Bachelor's degree

Experience with MRP software

Familiarity with industrial products or applications
