Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote — Must reside in Tennessee
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This position supports customers with inquiries related to sales, promotions, installations, and general communications. The ideal candidate provides exceptional service, resolves customer concerns professionally, and ensures an excellent customer experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, or chat.
  • Support customers with questions regarding sales, promotions, and installation processes.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships by resolving claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
  • Educate customers through proactive communication and organization-wide initiatives.
  • Review customer surveys and help develop improvement plans based on feedback.
  • Follow clearly defined procedures, guidelines, and workflows to complete daily tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Adhere to consumer laws and company policies when handling customer concerns.
Qualifications
  • Must reside in the state of Tennessee.
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a structured or call center environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and multitask effectively.
  • Basic understanding of customer service processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Ability to work the required schedule: 8AM–6PM.
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work environment.
