Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Houston, TX 
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$19 hr

We are  seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide administrative and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email

• Process requests, documentation, and client updates accurately

• Log client interactions and resolutions in internal systems

• Build strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively

• Follow HIPAA-compliant communication guidelines

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Legal or service industry experience a plus
