- Processing multiple daily order entry and billing transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resolving issues promptly and maintaining customer accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicating directly with the sales force, internal departments, and clients to provide exceptional service and support.
- Utilizing ERP systems (preferably Oracle), as well as MS Office Excel and Outlook, to manage orders and customer information.
- Reporting to a department supervisor or manager as part of a dedicated team.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred).
- Possess at least 2 years of customer service or account management experience, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Are proficient in ERP systems (Oracle preferred), MS Excel, and Outlook, and have experience with order processing.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in data entry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Hold a valid driver's license and are local to Illinois.
- Have knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base (preferred, not required).
- Are willing to work as part of a goal-oriented team and can work beyond standard hours as needed.
