Put your career in motion with a great, new opportunity. Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Customer Service Representative II supporting an innovative water technology manufacturer known for advancing solutions in water transport, treatment, and efficiency.

? Location: 558 Clark Road, Tewksbury, MA 01876
? Pay Rate: $22.37/hour
? Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
? Employment Type: 6-month contract (convert to Full-Time dependent on performance)
? Work Setup: Onsite, office environment
?? What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative II? You will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Provide part and pump price quotes, and process orders and change requests.
  • Assist with warranty claim processing, credit memos, and no-charge transactions.
  • Maintain quote and production order logs, and utilize the ERP-LX (Order Entry) system.
  • Prepare customer communication folders and process order entry and status updates.
  • Support the sales team with customer-related tasks and activities.
  • Adhere to ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with export requirements.
  • Assist in resolving AR collections and dispute resolution issues.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong financial/accounting and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Professional phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or some college experience.
  • Experience with SAP, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ticketing/service management systems.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work at a desk/computer for extended periods.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
