? Pay Rate: $25 per hour
? Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
? Employment Type: 6-month contract
? Work Setup: Hybrid
? What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative III? You will:

Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs accurately and on time).

Invoice customers and ensure billing accuracy.

Enter and maintain load schedules in internal scheduling calendars.

Enter requisitions into SAP and other internal systems.
-
Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Support utility services team members with administrative and service-related tasks.

Maintain organized records and assist with daily operational coordination.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Solid math skills and comfort handling billing data.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Preferred:

SAP experience
