Handling high volumes of incoming and outgoing customer interactions
Resolving customer issues using department tools, resources, and business judgment
Protecting and increasing Luxottica Retail revenues through excellent service
Enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction
Initiating escalation processes for unresolved customer concerns
Partnering with retail stores and field teams to support customer retention
Completing all follow-through, research, and documentation for each interaction
Acting as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement
Supporting department productivity, quality, and revenue objectives
Using courteous, professional language to create win-win resolutions
Workload Expectations:-
40–60 incoming calls per CSR per day

10–20 outgoing calls per CSR per day

Average call handling time: 2 minutes and 15 seconds

Follow-through time: 5–15 minutes per interaction

Daily averages include:

1–5 emails
-
20–30 text messages
-
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)

Strong written communication skills with good grammar and comprehension
-
Ability to perform basic math calculations

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Intermediate PC knowledge and working knowledge of Windows OS
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
-
Previous experience in telephonic or customer-facing support roles
-
Commitment to first-contact resolution

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Luxottica retail or field experience (preferred)
-
Location: Youngstown, OH 44512 (100% onsite)

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire (3 months), with possible absorption

Schedule: Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.
