Customer Service Representative Overview:

• Pay: $20.88/hour
• Work location: onsite in Coon Rapids, MN
• Must be able to work an 8-hour schedule between 7:00am – 8:00pm, including weekends. You will have two consecutive days off per work week.
• Paid training for the first 8 weeks is from 8:00am- 4:30pm, Mon-Fri. After training, your regular schedule will be assigned and will include weekends.
• Temporary to permanent opportunities after approximately 3 months, with full benefits once hired permanent.
• Professional and fun work environment with sit/stand desks!

Your customer service duties will include:

• Patient scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service.
• Assist patients, clinical professionals and the general public in a high-volume call center environment.
• Ensure data entries are accurate and complete.
• Problem-solve while showing empathy.
• Communicate well in straight-forward situations.

These customer service roles would be a great fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Call center customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills.
• 1+ years of phone-based customer service experience.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.
