Pay Rate/Shift:
- $19.50 per hour with retention bonuses and pay increases available after 6, 12, and 24 months (eligibility requires full assignment completion).
- Must be available 7am-7pm, but will only work 8 hour shifts. 8 hour shifts can fall anywhere between 7am-7pm.

What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You'll be:
• Delivering technical support and solutions for 80+ ISG products while documenting interactions in the case management system.
• Maintaining online support tools and solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Taking inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails with a customer-first mindset, ensuring all inquiries are addressed effectively.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a college degree (Associates, Bachelors, etc)
• Have strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and conflict resolution experience.
• Possess experience in customer service or technical support, with a high comfort level in consumer software and computer troubleshooting.
• Are able to support off-shift hours and holidays, along with having data management experience.
